Меньше года стояла в очереди — и в 2019 году приобрела двухкомнатную квартиру с помощью кооператива — 44 кв м. Александра в том же году вышла замуж, родила сына. Сейчас она расплачивается за эту квартиру с кооперативом. Очень боится, что события вокруг кооператива могут поставить под сомнение ее право собственности — но кооператив постепенно восстанавливает свою работу, что внушает Александре уверенность в завтрашнем дне.</p><p> </p><p dir="ltr">Квартира перешла в собственность</p><p> </p><p dir="ltr">Эдуард Трифонов, также хабаровчанин, — инвалид по слуху, причем у него, как у многих неслышащих, нет официальной работы, пенсия 13−15 тыс. рублей в месяц.</p><p> </p><p dir="ltr">У него была квартира в городском поселении Вяземский Вяземского района Хабаровского края. В 2018 году он вступил в кооператив, внеся 35% с продажи квартиры в Вяземском. В 2020 году ему кооперативом была приобретена однокомнатная квартира. Причем он полностью за нее рассчитался с кооперативом — квартира перешла в его собственность.</p><p> </p><p dir="ltr">Купить квартиру до блокировки счетов не удалось</p><p> </p><p dir="ltr">Елена Захарова из Хабаровска работает уборщицей, пенсию свою по инвалидности со счета не снимала — копила. Она внесла всю эту пенсию, плюс материнский капитал в «Бест Вей». Вступила в кооператив в 2019 году, постепенно накопила на первоначальный взнос. При этом приобрести квартиру не успела — счета заблокировали.
